There is going to be a beach party rave this saturday on the kona side of big island.
sound: hard edm. techno/trance/psy/ harder beatz.

      DJs: Debris, Devistatix, MK-Ultra, Unit:E, Sprocket, Kyoko + more on the turntables.
      All ages welcome.
      Location: Makalawena Beach, Kona.
      Gates open: Sat. 8/11/2oo7, 9pm until SUNRISE.
      Entry: USD7 or USD5 w/ flyer.

      The Perseids, generally seen from about July 20 to August 24, reach a peak hourly rate just before dawn on the mornings of August 12 and 13th. Conditions could not be better for this year's Perseid meteors: the Moon is nowhere to be seen, and anyone at midnorthern latitudes who can escape city lights might see five or six dozen meteors each hour.
